Over more than two decades, Alex has worked through nearly every stage of residential construction, from hands-on field work and specialized trades to complex project management and team leadership. That broad perspective helps him see each remodel as a complete system in which design, construction, communication, and client service must work together seamlessly.

Alex leads Legacy with a commitment to thoughtful design, meticulous planning, transparent communication, and quality execution. His goal is to create remarkable spaces while making the remodeling experience as enjoyable and stress-free as the finished home itself.

Matt Nelson leads operations, team development, and the systems that help every Legacy project move forward with consistency and excellence.

With nearly two decades of leadership experience, Matt has directed multiple departments within Fortune 500 retail organizations, managed sales and business development in the building-products industry, and led the growth of a residential design team. His background combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership, helping bridge the gap between vision and execution.

At Legacy, Matt refines company processes, establishes standard operating procedures, and fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement so every client receives clear communication, strong organization, and professional service.

Myssi Pawloski serves as the operational hub that keeps every project moving forward and communication flowing between homeowners, trade partners, suppliers, and the Legacy team.

Before joining Legacy, Myssi led project-management operations for a large plumbing contractor, building high-performing teams while coordinating complex projects. She also managed operational systems in the automotive industry, refining processes that improved consistency and performance across departments.

At Legacy, Myssi coordinates subcontractors and suppliers, supports project schedules, manages accounts payable and receivable, and brings calm problem-solving and exceptional attention to detail to the organized, transparent experience clients expect.
